I’ve been all about REAL food the moment I read Sally Fallon’s book, “Nourishing Traditions”. Once I emptied every junk ingredient from my cupboard, even the “health food” junk, I was on my way to a better relationship with food! My family, three kids and a hubbie, mostly humored me while I ranted and raved about every topic that Dr. Weston A. Price tried to teach; but ,ultimately, feel and live better for embracing it with me.
I love to share the info that I’ve learned, and I continue to learn every day. I hope you enjoy the journey with me and embrace REAL Food too!
Check out my alter ego: www.eastendE.com where I sing my heart out for audiences on the weekends at events, parties and clubs all over the Tri-State area. You can even google Nena Tyler (a stage name that produced a remake of “Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word)! I didn’t even put it up on My Space….I’m a baaaad business woman!
